The department is inviting distinguished scholars for full-time faculty positions at all levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor. The position is available from February 1, 2025, or August 1, 2025. Applicants with expertise in areas of optics and photonics, especially in Nanophotonics, Optical Communications, Semiconductor Materials and Devices, Optical Engineering and Design, Biomedical Photonics, and others, are welcome. Proven experience in working with interdisciplinary research teams is desirable.

Required application materials include:
1. Detailed personal resume (including autobiography, a photocopy of degree certificates, academic experience, research achievements, and teaching experience, specifying areas of expertise and the desired position level to apply for);
2. Proposed research areas and planning;
3. Courses that can be offered (in line with the department's EMI plan);
4. 3-5 representative publications and list of academic works and publications;
5. Three letters of recommendation (for Assistant Professor applicants, a letter from the dissertation advisor is required), including detailed contact information;
6. Other relevant materials that may assist in the review process.
